We ship worldwide using US Postal Service. Once the package reaches your country, it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance. Your package will be delivered by the partnering local Post Office.
*Please note: Shipping charges do not include local taxes or import duties. Please verify with your customs before making your purchase to be clear of the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, tax, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
International orders must be returned within 45 days of receipt. Please follow directions on how to return your package as stated above as the process is the same as domestic returns.
For international returns, customers are to be accountable for the following:
• International customers are responsible for all the shipping and handling charges as we are unable to offer free shipping to our international customers.
• Please use an insured & traceable shipping method when returning our item back to us. We will not be responsible for any loss or damaged products in transit back to our warehouse.
• Customs tariffs and taxes are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
• All international orders will be refunded in US dollars only and be made at the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase. This does not include any custom tariffs and taxes you originally paid for your order.
For our international customers, we are unable to provide you with the option to exchange your item.
If you're unhappy with your new purchase and wish to exchange an item for any reason, we advise that you make a return then purchase your new item separately. Depending on your local customs office, you will be responsible for all customs, duties, and tariffs charges incurred to your shipment.
APO FPO & U.S. Territories
Orders shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO/DPO, AE, VI, PR, AK, MI & US territories must be shipped by US Postal Service because UPS requires that you provide a street address. These orders cannot be shipped via UPS Service (Ground shipping, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air).
